Our goal at Turn-Key Productions is to provide exceptional customer service and to deliver to each of our clients a hassle-free experience which results in beautiful photographs and video. Below we have provided an outline of our process, from start to finish, in order to provide you with a better understanding of the level of service you can expect with each project.

SteP 1:

After filling out the form on our “Contact Us” page, a Turn-Key Production’s team member will contact you within 24 hours regarding your submission. For more immediate service, please contact us at (305) 807-9514.

Step 2:

One of our team members will be available to discuss the services you would like us to provide, schedule a date for the shoot, and provide a formal agreement outlining your expectations and responsibilities as our client. This agreement will allow you, the client, to outline specific features and aspects of the property that you would like to have highlighted. Additionally, this agreement will allow us to advise you of what we will need and expect on the day of the shoot in order to ensure that we are able to capture your home in the most positive light. At this time, we are also able to address any concerns that our client may have, in order to provide a seamless experience.

Step 3:

You can rest assured that, in advance of the shooting date, our photographer will review any materials provided by the client and perform his/her own research on the property. This behind-the-scenes preparation ensures a smooth shooting appointment and ensures that your photographer is ready to compose images of the highest quality in the most efficient manner possible.

Step 4:

Our photographer will timely arrive for the appointment that was previously coordinated with you and shoot your property. Please note that shooting may take anywhere from 1 to 5 hours depending upon the services that were requested. After the shoot and if requested, our photographer will take the time to complete any photography enhancements that were added to your package.

Step 5:

We deliver a completed product to the homeowner or listing agent, whichever the client prefers!

At Turn-Key Productions, we understand that maximum exposure for your listing is “key.” As such, as a new added bonus, beginning in January 2019, we will be happy to feature any of our client’s listings(s) on our website and social media accounts with links to your listing and the realtor’s social media profile(s).
